Friendship-IN
Friendship, on SR 62, is located in a beautiful valley in the southeastern part of the county. Home to the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association (NMLRA) and Muzzle Blasts Magazine, thousands come to the small community in the spring and fall to participate in national shoots or to be spectators at what are known as the Friendship Shoots. Many also take in the flea markets surrounding the muzzle loading activities.
Home year-round to only about 100 people, Friendship has a bank, grocery store, post office, restaurant, and an auto body shop. It is also where the handcrafted Carl Dyer Moccasins are made.
