The Batesville Area Arts Council (Formerly Rural Alliance for the Arts) has enhanced the Batesville/Oldenburg communities with a rich arts culture since our founding in December 1988. We are a 501c3 not-for-profit, consisting of a volunteer 20-member board and a part-time administrator. With the support of the many volunteer and business organizations in the community that have given generously of their time and talent, BAAC has funded over $1,000,000 into Arts in Education programming into our 6 area schools (and counting!) along with a myriad of art and entertainment opportunities accessible to all. We at BAAC believe a strong arts presence is an integral part of maintaining a vibrant community, and we welcome you to join us in our mission!
